Authors are invited to submit original, unpublished papers of up to 5 pages (plus up to 2 additional
pages with overlength charges), following IEEE VTC formatting guidelines. Each submission will be
evaluated by at least three independent reviewers from the Technical Program Committee. Accepted
papers will be presented at the workshop and published in IEEE Xplore, subject to VTC policies.
